BERNINA 990 Club

A club designed for you to learn more about your BERNINA 990 to help you create

In partnership with Hinkletown Sewing, this club was designed as a way to dive deeper into the BERNINA 990 machine through hands-on learning in a classroom environment. With a focus on utilizing the various features of the machine, projects will be designed to teach students best practices and useful tips.

The class will be offered in an annual format, with 6 sessions per year. Sessions will be held at the Joyful Stitch and Design Classroom with 12 seats available in each in-person class.

The first cohort of the club will begin in January/February 2025. Class dates will be posted and available for selection on a first come, first serve basis on our class registration site. We highly recommend an in-person class for maximum learning and community with fellow sewers.

For those unable to travel to our state-of-the-art classroom (whether all year or for one session), a virtual class for each session will be available on the class registration site. There are unlimited seats in the virtual classroom, and the material can be compeleted asynchronously. In addition to the coursework that can be completed at your own pace, the virtual classroom will offer a live virtual Q&A session to add a layer of real time feedback and community with other crafters.

As an added customer benefit to those who purchased their BERNINA 990 from Hinkletown Sewing, Hinkletown is covering the first year of club membership. Anyone with (or getting!) a BERNINA 990 from any dealer wishing to participate in the club is welcome. If you did not purchase from Hinkletown Sewing, please contact us with interest to get started!

The second cohort will begin in July/August 2025. Contact us with interest.
